Renovation of a single-family house, with a ground floor and two floors, with a magnificent private interior patio, within the old town of Sarrià. The project is realized by preserving and maintaining the essence of a century-old building, while converting it into a modern and sophisticated home thanks to the mixture of textures and materials from both eras. In this project, the challenge lies in highlighting and not hiding the historical construction systems, making them dialogue in a clearly palpable way with the new ways of conceptualizing and living the interior space.
