We are in a clear example of an Eixample mezzanine with Nolla ceramic stoneware mosaics that dress each room in a personalized and unique way. A large apartment with great height that requires a respectful and timely rehabilitation, adapting rooms with past uses to the current ones of the new inhabitants but without modifying their size, beyond the technical equipment of the 21st century. The renovation and replication of many of the existing elements, such as interior and exterior carpentry, frescoes, wrought iron elements or ceilings allow the new custom-made furniture to appear as the only novel intervention, and always leaving clear the leading role of the magnificent restored mosaic carpets. The immense terrace, treated with two longitudinal planters and filled with local plant species, manages to sweeten the interior space of the block not only for the sensory enjoyment of the new tenants, but for all the neighbors who benefit from its presence visually.
