Interior renovation of a single-family home between dividing walls in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona. The proposal completely rethinks its functionality while taking advantage of the presence of the unique Catalan vault made with ceramic tiles on the ground floor. The light continuous floor and the powerful American oak wood furniture that colonizes the living room in a resounding way, contrast with simplicity and resounding within the wide proportion of the day areas. The night areas, with a clean, minimalist and almost monastic character, deliberately respond to their more private and quiet desire. Light is the protagonist here, entering through semicircular wooden enclosures from the back patio, which is presided over by a large mandarin tree that is already historic on the property.
